Returns & Exchanges Policy

Bloom Aesthetics will immediately replace or refund any broken, damaged or faulty items. We will require that you email us a photo of any defective merchandise. We must be notified of any damage or errors with regards to your delivery within 7 days of you having received your order.

You have 14 days to return an unused items at your own shipping expense.  All items MUST be returned in sellable condition.  They must be unopened with all original packaging and hygiene seals in tact.   UNUSED items will be issued a WEB or STORE CREDIT and can be used anytime within 12 months. WE DO RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DENY A RETURN FOR ANY REASON.

Please be aware that due to our hygiene regulations, we cannot offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items returned in a condition which the product is opened, not in original packaging, used, or in with the seal broken.

In the unlikely event of an allergic reaction, Bloom Aesthetics will not be held responsible.  We encourage you to read the full ingredient list before you purchase a product to ensure the product is right for you.
